In the event that your shipment requires customs clearance, delivery times will be affected, being a process beyond the control of Deskarriados.site and the corresponding shipping agency.
Our current order processing time to our associated production centers is a maximum of 2 days, to this we must add the production time of our products, which depends on the location of our production center. Once your order is processed, we ask for about 10 days until you receive the package in your hands, if you live in the United States or up to 25 days if you are in another country. These times vary depending on the destination country.
Shipments are made with standard services and your package travels at all times with a tracking system that allows you to track its location. There are countries whose local companies do not reproduce the tracking system, however, in most countries the system works properly.
We have very competitive rates starting at $3.99 for shipments within the United States and with a purchase over $89.00 the shipping is free.
